When i go to Richmond this is my salon, was a client on day one. Most nail salons go down hill with quality and cleanliness and customer service after a few years. Not Sarah's, its improved or remains consistent with high marks on all of the above. Would like a more relaxing atmosphere in the pedicure area, its public and highly lighted so I go elsewhere for a spa like pedicure.

I stopped here to get my nails done before my wedding in a panic. I found Amanda by chance and she was incredible working to get me in last minute. My wedding nails were perfect. Update 02/26/25: Kathy is no longer at the shop but every other nail tech I've seen has been wonderful. I've especially liked Natalie. But today, my service was less than amazing. The lady who did my pedi was VERY nice but her work was lacking. She worked fast and a little rough and I hate the shape of my nails and the paint application. I'll definitely go back but would rather see Natalie or Ti-Ani. Original…
